Wang Shuo’s path runs through four disciplines and one problem. Mathematics and mechanics gave him the tools of dynamical systems and multi-scale modeling; medicine gave him the mechanisms, the diseases and the data; artificial intelligence gave the models a way to learn, generate — and now, to evolve themselves.
